This is something that I offer through my\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/myfertilitycoachuk.com\/\"><strong>fertility coaching.<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p><b style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem; font-style: inherit;\">Lifestyle Assessment<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Next, I will assess your lifestyle and encourage you to be honest with yourself. We will discuss\u00a0 what\u2019s going on, what are your needs and what needs to change. <\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Treatment Plan<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">After reviewing your current medical and lifestyle, we will form a treatment plan that works for you. This would include weekly sessions of\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/myfertilitycoachuk.com\/why-should-you-try-fertility-coaching\/\"><b>fertility coaching<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0and\/or\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/silenebricet.com\/fr\/womanshealthandfertility\/\"><b>acupuncture, massage and reiki<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0as recommended to reset your body, mind and spirit for ideally 4 months.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0da14d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0da14d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What doesn't work<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df5d0d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"df5d0d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Just as important as looking at what does work, is looking at what doesn\u2019t work. Sometimes it can be difficult to face issues that are troubling to us. It\u2019s very important to me to provide a\u00a0safe, warm environment that allows you to be totally yourself, and feel comfortable to question things that have not been questioned before.\u00a0<\/p><p>I emphasize the importance of taking a moment to pause, be present and acknowledge. This is often found to be the best combination to get unstuck from any situation. My combination of coaching, acupuncture, reiki and fertility allows for this pause. It aims to reset the body, mind and soul, allows you to be present and creates space for you to heal.
