First, we need a real connection.<\/strong> A connection where you feel you can unload all your sadness, stress, frustration, your past, your present, and the fear of the future. Then, we need to meet weekly for 3 months. <\/strong>This is important because it\u2019s a time where we identify issues, work on lifestyle changes, and take and interpret the basal body temperature. It\u2019s a time where we regulate the cycle, make sure we understand when you ovulate, and address issues such as painful periods or ovulation, PMT, headaches, etc. It\u2019s 3 months for a massive reset!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By that time, I will have identified if there are any issues we need to tackle outside of the acupuncture treatment. <\/strong>That could involve checking the vaginal microbiome, conducting blood tests that don\u2019t seem right, and ensuring that anything not yet checked, such as the Thyroid, will be examined. If I feel it\u2019s important, I will refer you to see a nutritionist, an endocrinologist, or another relevant consultant.<\/p>

Am I saying that after these 3 months, you will be pregnant? <\/strong>Nope! Some women do, but most don\u2019t. So what then? Then I keep seeing you, on average, every 3 weeks. Sometimes it can be every other week, sometimes once a month. We keep track of what\u2019s going on with your cycle, the signs and symptoms, and the progress with the relevant consultants or therapists I\u2019ve referred you to. I am here to help if you decide to undergo IVF.
