The common approach to infertility is problematic. Between the lack of empathy, lack of male examination, and a serious gap in medical investigation, the journey to fertility for couples who are struggling to conceive can be a nightmare!

My fertility sessions provides a safe space to open up about your fertility and discuss all your options to improve your chance of conception. I work with couples who are in a hurry to start a family, are struggling to conceive, or have been trying to conceive far some time with no luck, I help them to process and understand why they are not getting pregnant, and guide them on a better path to try to conceive again.

Through my many years of experience in fertility and working through my network of fertility experts, I understand the obstacles and barriers to their fertility journey and with them produce an actionable plan, resulting in the best and fastest possible route to a successful pregnancy.

How do we get started?

First of all, I meet with you for a consultation to assess the situation. The assessment is usually 30 mins, for fertility it’s 45 mins.

From the first consultation, we decide of the plan of action:

  • Type of treatment (acupuncture, fertility massage, reiki) 
  • Number of follow up sessions and frequency.  After which, I will proceed with the treatment whether it is acupuncture, fertility massage or reiki.

In acupuncture, I use the traditional Chinese medicine tools and methods such as cupping, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, Chinese dietary advise to treat the ailment that is presented.

Acupuncture is a holistic healing practice that has been performed around the world for centuries. Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, acupuncture is a therapeutic technique that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote natural healing processes. 

With a history dating back thousands of years, acupuncture has evolved and adapted to modern times, garnering recognition and acceptance within mainstream healthcare systems. It can be used to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and psychological ailments, from fertility, to pain management, to emotional wellbeing.

Fertility Massage

We can trace women’s abdominal and sacral massage lineage as far back as the Norse and Egyptian civilization. Still now in many part of the world , this tradition continue.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO MASSAGE THE SACRAL, DIGESTIVE AND REPRODUCTIVE AREA?

 
 In the abdomen, all muscles including the pelvic floor, organs and connective tissue share the same neural inputs. So for example if you have a digestive issue, the pain can be felt in the back, in the abdomen or anywhere in the pelvic region. Also there are ligaments that connect the sacrum to the uterus. If either are misaligned, it will in turn misaligned the other. Finally, if one organ is misaligned, it will impinge on the circulation in the area and will lead to a reduction in blood flow, nutrients and oxygen to the abdominal cavity.

It’s important to note that the reproductive system is the only dispensable organ in the body, choosing to shut down if the body is not functioning optimally.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the Reiki practitioner can channel energy into the patients through their hands (some practitioner do touch the patient, some keep their hands few centimetres above the body). In doing so, the practitioner activates the natural healing process and restores physical and emotional well-being.

This system of Reiki healing was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and has been used widely everywhere in the world since.
