My Story
I was born in France, in a small town near Lyon and after travelling for few years in my early 20’s, I settled in London. It was love at the first sight for London. I remember walking down Covent Garden and say to myself “This is it! I have found the place where I am going to live!”
I worked in technology for few years and although the job was well paid and secure, I was bored, yearning to do something more meaningful for me.
At 26 years, and after an emotional breakup, I was hit with a sudden facial paralysis while I was travelling in France. Facial palsy. I remember the huge headache, the paramedics saying “she is having a stroke” and the ambulance taking me to the hospital. My body was so weak that I could barely get out of bed for weeks.
In order to help my recovery, I saw an acupuncturist and my world totally changed. Initially, because I felt much better after only few sessions. I felt stronger and more energetic and my facial paralysis literally disappeared over the following 3 weeks.
But also, watching my acupuncturist at work during my recovery made me realise that this was exactly what I wanted to do and be. I wanted to be an acupuncturist and I wanted to help people feel better and be in their best health!
Fast forward almost 20 years, I am now an acupuncturist, fertility massage therapist and reiki practitioner specialising in women’s health, located near to Clapham, in London.
My passion is to empower women. I encourage them to connect in at a deeper level with their body, their needs and educate themselves about their body, their menstrual cycle, understanding what their blood test really mean. I advise on self-care, diet, exercises and general lifestyle.
