even though you’ve been looking forward to meeting your baby, the postpartum period can be exhausting and emotionally intense. Looking after a newborn (and possibly a whole family) can feel overwhelming.
I offer personalized treatments—acupressure, Reiki, acupuncture, or womb massage, depending on your needs—to give you the support you deserve, and help you feel strong and held as you care for others.

Perimenopause/ Menopause
this stage can be incredibly disorienting for many women. Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, experiencing hot flashes, headaches, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore—it can all take a toll.
